HALDI

Provides professionals and emerging leaders the training, professional development, networking and community engagement opportunities needed to contribute to the advancement of the Hispanic Community.

Training

Participants develop skills in cultural competencies, innovation, cross-cultural communication, self-task management, social responsibility and leadership building.

Mentoring

Participants gain the tools to facilitate their own mentor-mentee relationship with another member of the community.

Community Projects

Participants practice group and individual leadership skills to while learning more about community nonprofits and community affairs.
